The 32nd ASEAN Council of Teachers Convention

Welcome to the 32nd ASEAN Council of Teachers Convention, ACT+1 website!

ASEAN Council of Teachers Convention was first held in 1979. Republic of Korea participated in 2009 as an observer and became the first non-ASEAN country to become a regular member in 2012. After joining of Republic of Korea, the abbreviated name of the convention became “ACT+1 (ROK)”. Co-hosted by KFTA and the Ministry of Education of Republic of Korea, this year’s convention is the 32nd ACT+1 Convention and it is scheduled to be held at the K-Hotel Seoul, Republic of Korea on 18-20 September 2016.

Noting that this is the first time ever the Convention is held in a non-ASEAN country, we strongly believe it will be a meaningful opportunity for both ASEAN and Korean teachers to share educational, social, and cultural experiences. We assure you that this year’s Convention will be the momentum to open up for greater educational spectrum for all participants.

We will be honored by your esteem presence to celebrate, learn, communicate, and share knowledge and experience at this year’s Convention.
